Billing
Ours is a cash practice. As much as we would like to be able to take insurance, the unfortunate reality is that many of these valuable regenerative therapies are either simply not covered, or on the other hand are too poorly reimbursed to allow the practice to be viable. While we can provide a super-bill for services using current procedural billing codes, no level of reimbursement is guaranteed or even predicted.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before. There is a fee for no-shows or same day cancellation. Emergencies exempt.
Primary Care
We are a general Osteopathic and Regenerative Medicine practice. While we treat and address a wide variety of medical conditions, we are not a primary care office in the typical sense. We aren't available 24/7 and do not send reminders for health milestones as per government schedule such as vaccinations, colonoscopies, etc. As we do not contract with insurance companies, we can't be listed as primary care for outside medical care or procedures.
